Below are some of the events and matters that the WRA are currently involved in
- Wickham Traffic Survey - The WRA have been researching traffic in and around Wickham for the last 12 months and have now prepared a preliminary report with supporting drawings and documents. We are now asking all members and residents within the PO17 postcode area to read the survey and let us have any comments by completing the online questionaire. - 14/05/24 - Welborne. An update on the project and future plans. - The development at Welborne is of great interest and concern to many residents in our community. WRA members may be interested to know that the Wickham Society is hosting a meeting on Tuesday 14 May 2024 when their invited speaker, Fiona Gray, Project Director for Welborne, will be providing an update on the project and future plans. Following Fiona’s presentation there will be a Q&A session. The meeting will be held in the Stanley Woodford room on the first floor of Wickham Community Centre . Visitors are welcome, at a charge of £2 pp. Doors will open at 7.15pm and the meeting will start promptly at 7.30pm.

The WRA’s mission is to inform residents about issues affecting the village, and to give them a voice in shaping its future
About Wickham
Wickham is a large village and civil parish in Hampshire, England, about three miles north of Fareham. At the 2001 census, it had a population of 4,816, falling to 4,299 at the 2011 Census. Wickham has a wide and well-proportioned square lined with historic buildings and is designated a conservation area.
